2021-2023 Exhibition Package

We are pleased to offer a special package. If you reserve your booth at the 2023 IPSA World Congress in South America (the host city will be announced soon), you will get the 2021 virtual booth for only $500.

Tech Zone Package - US $1,250

The “Tech Zone” will be a special section of the virtual exhibition for technology & education companies/institutions to meet our delegates and present their latest software, products and programs. During the Congress, each technology company will have a daily 30-minute presentation at this zone. Your team could offer demonstrations on the latest tech trends and discuss solutions for productivity and learning, unique business needs, social media, marketing, software or an array of other interests related to the political science and social sciences. You can also organize a panel or roundtable discussion as part of the Congress program to promote your products or discuss a specific topic.

The Tech Zone Package includes:

  • Virtual Exhibition Booth;
  • 4 daily presentations each 30 mins;
  • Opportunity to organize a panel or roundtable discussion as part of the Congress program (the panel/roundtable subject to approval by Program Chairs);

2021 Virtual Exhibition Schedule

The 2021 Virtual IPSA World Congress will be held on 10-15 July 2021. To accommodate delegates from different time zones, the schedule of the sessions will be flexible. Similarly, exhibitors will have the freedom to choose their own time to maximize their interaction with delegates.

General Information

  • Complimentary exhibitor registration gives access to the exhibition and all Congress sessions;
  • Additional exhibitor registrations can be purchased and will have the same entitlements as above.

Conditions of Payment

Full payment is required upon confirmation of your Congress partnership item. Failure to do so may result in your Congress partnership item or exhibition being released again for sale.
