What World Order Against Corruption?

The objective of this panel is to reflect on the problem of corruption and international cooperation for the fight against corruption, emphasizing the efforts of the government, private sector and civil society.
For this, the panelists will analyze the history of international anti-corruption initiatives and the work of International Organizations, States and Civil Society to collaborate and create a new order against corruption. The aspiration to create an international anti-corruption court and the obstacles that have been set for its creation will be discussed. Finally, proposals for the better functioning of the anti-corruption systems will be presented in the light of international cooperation sponsored by objectives 16 and 17 of the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development.
