[ABSTRACT]
A populist regime is interested in winning in elections. Therefore, their interests and policies are all focused on how to gain numerical advantage. The most frequently used policy tool is to use the state budget to capture all kinds of supporters. The Moon Jae-in regime is a government with this behavioral character. This paper will examine these behavioral characteristics and examine how these behaviors have affected in the nation and what problems have emerged in the Korean society to date.
