Dr. Sangcheol Kim

Young people aged 14 to 29 make up more than a quarter of the population in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. Born in a period of two stages - in the Soviet period and the period of Independence - young people became carriers of two value attitudes. An international research project conducted in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan examines the values of youth, their orientations and attitudes. 600 students from leading universities in Tashkent, Almaty and Nur-Sultan participated in this project.
